A legal discussion session under the Academics and Legal Development Division aims to fulfill one of ALSA's pillars, Academically Committed. The purpose of ALSA BINAR is to educate the general public, law students, and members of the ALSA LC Unsri on a legal issue or issue that was of concern at the time. This discussion presents a source that comprehensively understands and gives a statement on specific legal issues around the community. The theme of this event is “Implementation of the Basics of Balance and Banking Precaution: The Rights and Obligations of Customers and Banks in Matters of Failure to Pay Syndicate Credit Agreement”.
